Our driver Igor was early on both occasions, polite, helpful, uniformed and easily identifiable at the airport.  We were particularly impressed that he stayed overnight the night before our return transfer to the airport near Ste Foy, to guarantee that he'd be there in the morning to collect us despite the weather/conditions - fantastic! This was very reassuring, especially given the recent cold weather and the situation at the airports. Having shopped around with different companies, and now having seen how far the drive was, in extremely tricky conditions, then your price is hugely competitive, and your reliability is priceless. Communication with your company was top notch; e-mails were replied to swiftly, and SMS with Igor was very helpful when our incoming flight was diverted from Chambery to Lyon instead. Similarly, the ability to book and pay for everything via e-mail and PayPal is very convenient. We will definitely use your services again and be recommending  you to others. Rich  17 October 2009   We had a very positive experience with PJM Travel - they were accommodating, friendly, punctual and had very competitive prices. We were travelling as a group of 7 with 3 small children, this in itself usually presents problems but a minibus was provided along with all the necessary child and booster seats at no extra charge which took us door to door. I would highly recommend the service to anyone needing airport transfers, we were all very impressed with the care and attention to detail we enjoyed. We had a lovely time in France and having used your company it made our transfer from the airport to the campsite really easy.  When we landed at the airport the lovely Nicki was there waiting as promised and she was so helpful and a really friendly person. On our journey to the site Nicki gave us some really useful information and tips for our stay. When we got to the site Nicki didn’t just drop us at the gate, she waited for us to sign in and she drove us to our lodgings and unloaded our luggage so we did not have to struggle. 8 days later bang on time Nicki was there to take us back to the airport.
